CONSUME:
CONSUME meets each Tuesday evenings at 7PM in the Youth Room. Currently we are studying the book of Romans. Check out the Westlink Group’s FACEBOOK page or TWITTER for updates.
AWAKEN:
AWAKEN is the Youth Praise Night of the WESTLINKGROUP and happens every Wednesday at 7PM. We are currently going through a series entitled, “What Does the Bible Say…” Where we are looking at various topics and learning what the Bible has to say about them.
MERGE:
This week for MERGE we will be going to the Lord’s Diner. You need your food handler’s card to work. Please let Nick or Susan R. know if you plan on going. Meet at the Lord’s Diner at 5PM.
PARK NIGHT:
On Sunday, May 27th, all youth and families are invited to Sedgwick County Park for food, games, and just hanging out! We will kick off the event at 6PM.
INTERN:
Ben Hofmeier will be our summer intern again, and his first day of work will be May 30th! Please pray for Ben, this youth ministry, and also our summer plans!
SUMMER KICK-OFF!:
Our Summer Kick-Off is 3 nights of hanging out with each other right at the beginning of summer! Here is what we will be doing:
- Wednesday, May 30th: Orange Leaf immediately following AWAKEN
- Thursday, May 31st: All-Star Sports, 3 event pass for $10! 7PM. You must let Nick know you are going by Wedesday, May 30th.
- Friday, June 1st: Riverfest Parade and Game Night! Meet at the church building at 5:45 to head downtown to watch the Riverfest Parade. After the parade we will head back to the Youth Room for a movie and/or games!
PAINT PARTY!:
This summer we will be repainting the Youth Room. If you have any ideas please pass them onto Nick!
